What is the store's return policy?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns. Thanks for your understanding!

How long does it take for packages to be shipped?

As I am currently a student, I may not be able to ship out your order as quickly as I wish I could. Please allow for up to 14 days for me to ship out your package!

How long does it take for packages to arrive?

I am unable to do much after I send out the package, so unfortunately I cannot tell you exactly how long delivery will take!

However, through my experience, shipping to anywhere within the United States usually takes a week or less. Shipping internationally often takes longer, usually one to two months. If you are in the EU, you may be subjected to VAT and Customs fees, which may also delay delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot control this process so I apologize for the delayed times!

Depending on the current state of the postal system, such as during winter holidays, shipping may take longer. 

What should I do if my item arrives broken?

If this happens, don't hesitate to contact me either through the Contact Form or through my social media!

Please provide photo proof of the broken item and I'll send out a replacement for it as soon as I can.

What if my item never arrives?

If you are in the United States, please allow for at least two weeks before assuming that the order is lost in the mail. If you are an international customer, please allow for at least one month after the delivery date.

If the package still doesn't arrive within these times, please contact me and I'll send a replacement right away!

A product I wanted is currently out of stock. What should I do?

Please contact me to let me know about products you'd like to be restocked! I'll try my best!
